What does the "Invincible Israel" project offer my organization?

The "Invincible Israel" project offers your organization the opportunity to improve employee well-being, reduce burnout, improve collaboration, and increase organizational effectiveness, while also creating an effect of national invincibility for the State of Israel. All of these benefits will be achieved by using a technology of consciousness that has been tested in hundreds of peer-reviewed studies conducted over the past sixty-five years.

This technology of consciousness includes advanced meditation techniques, the effects of which on individuals who practice them have been tested and shown to improve health, relieve of stress and anxiety, improve creativity and clarity of thought. Furthermore, these techniques have shown to improve the ability to collaborate, and to enhance
social relationships. These improvements have also been demonstrated to be beneficial to the organization – improving cooperation and increasing organizational effectiveness.

These advanced meditation techniques, when practiced in a group in one place, also have the effect of reducing social tension in the wider environment outside the group of practitioners. Reducing social tension has been demonstrated to affect society as a whole in various indicators, such as a decrease in accidents, diseases and crime, an increase in the stock market and the number of patent registrations. Furthermore, in societies at war, this societal effect included a decrease in the intensity of fighting and the creation of calm and peace.

According to dozens of studies conducted over the past fifty years and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, national invinciblity, in which the hostility in the enemy's heart is neutralized, begins to emerge when the number of practitioners of the advanced techniques in a group reaches or exceeds the square root of 1% of the population. Therefore, a group of practitioners of at least 400 is required for Israel and adjacent areas.

Implementing the "Invincible Israel" project in your organization includes training at least 400 employees in these advanced meditation techniques at one central site. Employees participating in the project will initially be allocated 30 minutes twice a day (at the beginning and end of the workday). During these times, the employees who have been trained will practice this consciousness technology at one central site. The personal and organizational benefits of the project will be felt already in the first stage, and later - within about six months, after another round of training - the results at the level of national invincibility can be realized.

In this way, your organization will also immediately benefit from promoting employee well-being, improving relations within the organization, reducing employee burnout, and increasing organizational effectiveness. In addition, the organization will make a historic contribution to Israel's national invincibilty and will be a partner in making Israel invincible!

You now have the opportunity to implement the "Invincible Israel" project within your organization.

How come I haven't heard of this possibility
of making Israel invincible before?

An experiment conducted in Israel in the early 1980s showed a positive effect in reducing the intensity of fighting in Lebanon. It was not the only experiment conducted on this special technology of consciousness, which indicated that these advanced meditation techniques affect the security situation and the quality of life of society, when the square root of one percent of the population practices in a group in one place.
In fact, over the past 50 years, 49 studies and meta-analyses have been published, some in peer-reviewed journals. ,They have consistently found a remarkable correlation between the group practicing these special techniques and the security situation
and quality of life of the area in which they conducted the experiment.
A meta-analysis is particularly powerful because it collects several experiments and tests the feasibility and statistical significance of the pool of all the experiments, showing a tight and very significant relationship between the meditation group and the security-level results.

The question we asked at the beginning: "How come I haven't heard of this possibility before?" does not stem from a lack of scientific confirmation of this idea, but rather is related to the paradigm accepted in the world regarding ways to bring peace and create military security.
The familiar, old paradigm mainly talks about two types of methods for achieving good results:
The first is the use of military force - battles, bombings, etc.
The second is through negotiations and dialogue and the creation of peace agreements.

These two methods are considered the only way to solve political, military, and security problems. The technology of consciousness presented here comes from a completely different paradigm, according to which it is possible – as we will explain later – to prevent wars by creating harmony in society and relieving social tensions.

This new paradigm is aimed at preventing the formation of an enemy, thereby achieving invincibility, without using military force and without dependence on peace negotiations, alliances, and agreements.

According to philosopher of science Thomas Kuhn, paradigms in the scientific field are certain ways, a series of concepts, that people rely on to produce their scientific activity. It turns out that we also operate in this way in the security or social fields – although this concept has no unequivocal proof, we have become accustomed to it, and it serves as the basis for all activities in the relevant field.

This technology of consciousness offers a paradigm shift: Instead of relying solely on agreements and military force, it is suggested that we also make use of this technology of consciousness. Because it is a new paradigm, it is difficult for people to absorb this concept and give up the old concept. It is difficult to give up the old concept even though in the end we know that the old concept has very limited achievements, usually only gives temporary gains, causes much damage, and brings with it long-term insecurity. Still it takes courage to let go of the old concept, and examine the possibility of using this new paradigm that is currently being offered.

To sum up: the reason you haven't heard of the possibility of making Israel invincible through this technology, comes from the fact that we are just beginning to go through a paradigm shift in this field.

When an old paradigm has begun to outlive its usefulness, we need to shift our thinking in order to progress.
You are now invited to investigate, and implement, this new paradigm.

How is it possible for meditation techniques to influence the quality of life in society as a whole?

In order to address this question seriously, we must first understand the nature of these meditation techniques and how they affect the individual practitioner. Only then can we gain a deep understanding of how a meditation technique — however unique — that impacts the individual practicing, can also influence the surrounding society. The question is pertinent, particularly given that there is virtually no interpersonal interaction between the practitioners of these techniques and the general public around them; how, then, is it possible for such a significant impact to arise — to the extent that the square root of 1% of the population practicing these consciousness-based techniques can influence society as a whole?

This meditation has been shown to provide deep rest and stress relief for the individual.  But how is it possible for a group of people practicing these advanced techniques quietly in a room together, to influence the surrounding society without speaking or personally interacting with the people around them in society?

There is a scientific explanation, but let's first consider it intuitively:
People in a society may appear to be separate individuals, each acting independently, influenced only by interactions with those nearby. Yet if we look more deeply we can see – as a Hebrew poet once wrote — that we are all "one living human tapestry," and that we influence one another not only through our behavior toward each other but also through our very presence.
Thק poet’s metaphor of "one human tapestry" suggests the possibility of an inner connection, a bond stemming from within, through which we influence one another. Like distinct waves in the same ocean, our individualities — while separate from all others — are nonetheless connected in a deeper sense.

Since it seems we are connected at our very core, we inevitably influence one another. This profound inner connection may explain how we are shaped by the surrounding social atmosphere — what might be termed our society’s "collective consciousness" — far more deeply than by the specific social interactions we have with those around us.

How is our society’s collective consciousness formed?
Our society’s collective consciousness is shaped by the accumulated consciousness of every single individual within it — much like a forest is green because every individual tree within it is green. After all, a forest cannot become green unless each individual tree is green — one tree, then another, and another — until, in the aggregate, the forest appears green. This illustrates how our society’s collective consciousness emerges: every single individual contributes their own human quality, and together, these contributions create the social atmosphere in which we live — the collective consciousness of the society around us.
This helps us understand how each of us is influenced by society’s collective consciousness, yet also influences it in turn through our very presence within the overall social fabric.

In other words, we exert a cumulative influence on what happens in our society simply by virtue of being connected to that same human fabric — which is also how the meaning of the Hebrew word "CHEVRAH" ("society") can be understood: as a connection (MECHUBAR) akin to a single, living human tapestry.
When we exist within a society with a positive atmosphere — where the collective consciousness is more encouraging and pleasant — we feel more at ease, and we draw nourishment and strength from the society in which we live.

Conversely, if we harbor significant tensions, these affect the collective consciousness; they accumulate and "color" the social atmosphere accordingly — the collective consciousness becomes charged with tension, fueled by the tensions of the individuals who comprise it.

It is less pleasant to live in such a tense society; although this social tension stems from the accumulated tensions of the individuals who make up the society, that collective consciousness, in turn, exerts an influence back upon each individual.

When we live in a society where the collective consciousness is charged with tensions — derived from the stress each individual contributes — we all feel that overarching tension. When such severe social tensions accumulate, they can erupt in the form of crime, accidents, and — in extreme cases — even war.

It is now possible to intuitively understand how a small number of individuals — specifically, the square root of 1% of the population — practicing advanced Transcendental Meditation techniques can influence the entire society around them. This influence can occur if, during their group practice of these advanced techniques, it becomes possible to discharge and release the social tensions that society as a whole has accumulated through the individual activities of all its members.

This approach makes it possible to alleviate the tension accumulated in the collective consciousness, thereby improving the performance of society as a whole. As society becomes less tense due to this cleansing process, fewer accidents occur and crime rates decline. Studies conducted in the early 1970s found that when even 1% of a city's population practiced Transcendental Meditation, the city's crime rate dropped. These results — verified across dozens of U.S. cities through comparisons with other urban areas — are explained by the mechanism described earlier: the quality of the city's collective consciousness improves, social tension decreases accordingly, and consequently, the level of criminal activity in the city declines.

More advanced studies examining the impact of groups practicing advanced Transcendental Meditation techniques found a very strong correlation with improved quality of life and reductions in crime and accidents — not only in individual cities but also at the national level — whenever the number of practitioners of these advanced techniques reached or exceeded the square root of 1% of the population. In countries experiencing war, a decrease in hostilities and a shift toward peace were also observed.

This is the intuitive explanation for the findings of dozens of studies examining this phenomenon, in which a relatively small group of practitioners reduces criminal activity and accidents within society — and, in conflict zones, lowers the intensity of fighting and the number of casualties. It turns out that the group's practice helps dissipate social tensions; collective consciousness improves, and consequently, the quality of life for society as a whole is enhanced.

It stands to reason that when people sense a release of social tension, they themselves are able to behave in a less tense manner. Furthermore, as these tensions are further cleared — a process resulting from a group practicing these advanced techniques together — the overall level of social tension drops so significantly that even the tensions capable of erupting into war are dispelled, thereby preventing such conflicts.

Moreover, as collective consciousness rises, not only do social tensions and our own military activities subside, but the hostility felt by surrounding enemies toward our society also diminishes as a result of this heightened level of consciousness. Such an enhancement of our society's internal invincibility creates an effect so powerful that the hostility of surrounding enemies decreases, and they no longer feel the urge to act aggressively against us.

While the enemy does not disappear, the hostility within their heart dissipates; this offers an intuitive explanation for the impact of a group practicing such advanced meditation techniques — that same technology of consciousness mentioned above — showing how they not only improve the quality of life in the surrounding society but also create invincible external resilience for their own society.

From our perspective in Israel, the results of these studies — viewed through this intuitive explanation — show that Israel could be made invincible in this way!
Of course, it is also desirable to understand the scientific explanation for this phenomenon.

Having seen the intuitive explanation of how this phenomenon occurs, it is important to highlight the fact that 49 studies and meta-analyses have demonstrated the actual impact of this consciousness-based technology in reducing hostilities and fostering peace in conflict zones.
These studies have repeatedly demonstrated this unique phenomenon over the past 50 years, including an experiment conducted in Jerusalem during the First Lebanon War.

However, it is important to emphasize the need for a group that is sufficiently large — and consistent over time — to sustain this effect. This differs from the experiment conducted in Jerusalem in the 1980s, where the number of practitioners fluctuated and the experiment itself was, of course, a temporary event lasting only two months (August–September 1983).

That concludes the intuitive explanation of how it is possible for a group practicing technology of consciousness in one room — with each individual practicing internally — to exert such an influence and potentially make Israel invincible!!

What is the nature of these meditation techniques?
And how do they affect the individual practicing them?

It is a simple, natural meditation technique practiced effortlessly for a few minutes twice a day — morning and evening — yielding benefits that include the release of stress and anxiety, as well as improved health and mental clarity. It also enhances creativity and success in the daily activities undertaken after the meditation session. These effects have been examined in hundreds of studies over the past sixty-five years and published in scientific journals, including peer-reviewed publications.

This raises another important question: how does our mental practice — sitting quietly with our eyes closed, without speaking or engaging in physical action — affect our activity after the meditation ends?
It is worth finding a good answer to this question before we proceed.

How does what happens during meditation affect our activities afterwards?
When practicing this meditation, one sits quietly in a comfortable position with eyes closed; the practice is purely mental, following a special method that we learn.

At this point, it is worth understanding how the specific way we think during meditation affects our body.
What happens within us on a mental level during meditation is that our thoughts become increasingly calm; simultaneously — and automatically and naturally — our breathing also becomes progressively calmer. This mental rest occurs during the practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique — so it dubbed because the process involves shifting from a thought at a distinct level (like a quiet whisper) to increasingly subtle levels of thought. As thoughts become increasingly subtler during this meditation — all naturally and effortlessly — our awareness moves beyond even the subtlest thought, and we experience something that lies beyond thought itself. The word "transcendental" refers to this phenomenon: moving beyond thoughts to the source of our thinking.

It is important to note that this basic technique can be learned today in Israel. You can also read about the many proven benefits of Transcendental Meditation.

It is worth understanding how a process involving only mental activity affects our physical state — leading to calmer breathing, a slower metabolism, and the release of tension.
The best explanation for how something on the mental level influences our physiology is that our body — on the physical realm — shares a close, intimate connection with our mental and psychological inner realm.
The close connection between our body and our mental state is clearly evident when we are startled by something and our heart rate increases; even though the startle response originated at the mental level, our body adjusts its activity to match what occurred in our mind.

Something similar — only in reverse — happens during the practice of Transcendental Meditation: the thought becomes increasingly refined with the help of a special sound called a mantra — a sound appropriate to each individual, provided by a teacher trained to teach this meditation.
As the mind calms down and grows increasingly quiet — and as all mental activity settles — our physical realm also begins to calm down, owing to the connection between body and mind.
When the body is in a state of very deep rest — scientific studies show this rest is even deeper than deep sleep — we remain fully alert during meditation yet deeply relaxed. Scientists call this the "fourth state of consciousness" — a state of restful alertness; it is unlike sleep, where we lack awareness, and unlike ordinary waking consciousness, where we are aware but physically active, nor is it like dreaming. Therefore, the state achieved through Transcendental Meditation is termed the "fourth state of consciousness" or "restful alertness."

In this fourth state of consciousness — restful alertness, a state in which we are calm and at ease yet fully aware — our body enters a state of profound relaxation. This allows it to naturally release stresses accumulated during the day, as well as deep-seated tensions stemming from past traumas.
In this process, where the settling down of mental activity engages our physiology as well, the body relaxes; the resulting state of deep rest facilitates healing, the release of tension, and the strengthening of our physical capabilities.
This process of deep rest during Transcendental Meditation has been examined in hundreds of studies over the past sixty-five years.

We can now better understand what occurs when we practice Transcendental Meditation: the mind-body connection allows us to moderate our physiological activity by quieting mental activity through the use of a special sound — the mantra — and the natural, simple, and effortless way we employ it. As our thinking reaches its most refined level during the practice and then transcends even that subtlest thought, we experience a state of consciousness characterized by profound silence and full alertness, while the body enters a state of very deep rest.

In such a state of deep rest, our body can naturally release tension and heal itself.

What happens after we finish meditating? How does the practice affect our daily activities?
When we finish practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM), we go about our daily lives with a body that is refreshed and free from the burden of the many stresses released during that deep rest. It's regular practice of TM, twice a day, every day, that releases stresses comfortably and organically, and allows the results to accumulate over time.
This illustrates how the mental activity that occurs during meditation translates into physical and health improvements in our daily lives.

Over the past sixty-five years, as previously mentioned, hundreds of studies — many of them peer-reviewed — have been conducted, demonstrating the impact of Transcendental Meditation on the health, creativity, and effectiveness of practitioners during their daily activities.
Numerous studies have found that the results observed in Transcendental Meditation practitioners were vastly superior to the effects of other forms of meditation and various self-improvement methods — and, of course, to the placebo effect, which measures what happens when a person does nothing more than close the eyes for a few minutes.

We have now come to understand how practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique leads to significant improvements in health, creativity, and the effectiveness of our daily activities — all thanks to the powerful mind-body connection within us.
As we engage in the mental practice, the body rests and releases tension; the resulting rejuvenation from this brief yet profound practice enhances our functioning — boosting our health, creativity, and energy levels, while fostering clear thinking.
All these improvements help us succeed more in our studies, at work, and in our relationships with others; ultimately, when we practice Transcendental Meditation regularly — twice a day —we accumulate ever-increasing benefits for our lives.

We can now return to the main question:
how is it possible for meditation techniques to influence the quality of life in society as a whole?
